It is the philosophy of The Fraser Center to maintain affordable care to all who are in need of its ministry.

Thus, in addition to accepting most private insurance, the center operates on a sliding fee scale basis for those are without insurance and instead are self-pay.

We provide services without charge on a regular basis and allow our facilities to be used by other health-related community organizations.

To continue the legacy of holistic, faith-based mental health and substance abuse services, we depend on the financial support of individual and community donors in order that we might sustain Dr. Fraser's dream and build steadily on the foundations of family health and community solidarity.
