Denise Ferguson is a child, adolescent and family therapist at the Fraser Center. She has been with the Fraser Center since 2018. She has a Master of Social Work degree from Savannah State University with an emphasis in Clinical Social Work.
Denise is a TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy) and EMDR trained therapist. She works with clients whose lives have been impacted by trauma and utilizes these modalities in treatment. She works with military members and families focusing on resilience and reintegration after deployments. Denise also has experience in working with children utilizing play therapy techniques, CBT and other treatment modalities.
Denise works with children of all ages (beginning at age 2), teens, couples and adults. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
