Painting Blue Ribbons

April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month. In preparation, board and staff members of the Fraser Foundation gathered in the Education Room of the Fraser Counseling Center to add a fresh coat of paint to nine four feet tall wooden Blue Ribbons. The Blue Ribbons will be displayed outside businesses along with pinwheels and educational materials inside to remind us to do our part to protect children from abuse.
