Teresa is the Executive Director of the Fraser Center. She has been with the Center since October 2000. Teresa has earned two degrees at Georgia Southern University: a Master of Education in 1996 and an Education specialist in 2000 – both with an emphasis in Counseling. In addition to her practice with individuals, couples, and families, Teresa also counsels those who have been impacted by trauma utilizing trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy. She has past experience with both inpatient and outpatient substance abuse treatment and works directly with the clients in our Substance Abuse Treatment Program. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Master Addiction Counselor. She maintains professional memberships in the American Social Work Association, the Licensed Professional Counselors Association of Georgia, the National Association for Addiction Professionals, and the Georgia Addiction Counselors Association.
